I have missed office life this year! And this time of year feels kind of empty without the traditional Office Christmas Party:

This is a great ensemble cast. And there are many funny moments in the trailer and still some leftover for the movie! It is a very fun film and will fill that void if you too are missing the camaraderie that one only gets to experience at the annual event. TJ Miller does a great job and Jason Bateman plays (as always) a phenomenal straight man to the humor all around him. All fun ’til someone gets hurt 🙂
This next trailer is for a film I have always wanted to see. The trailer touches on some tough points about this time of year, missing the ones we love who have gone before us. As in Christmas Eve is the 14th Anniversary of the Joseph Gordon Levitt’s character’s parent’s death and the three of them always celebrate it together.
But then the trailer takes a funny turn. It is definitely dark and crass humor tied into the different holiday traditions and religions but you know, I could go for a bit of that this Christmas season of 2020.

New York City is all decked out this holiday season BUT the people are noticeably less this year. It is still nice to see the decoration and often at night I pick a different part of town to go see. One of my most memorable Christmas Eve’s was stumbling into the bar at the Carlye Hotel and MAN what an amazing group and party that was! I hope they reopen soon in time for next year!
Maybe tomorrow night is the walk along 5th Avenue to see the Windows at Bergdorf’s and Saks. Lord and Taylor, which used to always win in my book for the best windows is gone now. WeWork bought it and now I think Amazon is moving in there. Oh well, maybe Amazon will take up the mantle of doing Christmas windows. Something should be sacred.
Sending lots of love this Holiday Season! M1 for DailyTrailer!
