I am a space nerd! There I said it and I don’t care! It was wonderful to see the launch today and in honor of that we will post one that speaks the most to the movement and moment that was today.
The Interstellar teaser, though recently posted, is perfect for today – so I am going to post that! And I know a bunch of us ‘space nerds’ around the country are re-watching it again tonight:

That Matthew McConaughey voice over really does the trick! Yes we are getting out there again and boy, does your heart break too when the Space Shuttle touches down for the very last time or is that just me?
I had the privilege of seeing the Space Shuttle travel on the back of an airplane on it’s way to its home on the Intrepid a few years back – that was quite a site. I miss the shuttles 🙁
Anyhow – just one for today! It was a good day for the explorers! The adventurers, the people not afraid to be willing to ‘try’. Here’s to us getting back out there and being pioneers AGAIN!
