Going through the trailer archives I got sidetracked by an odd title that I didn’t recall right off the top of my head You Can Count On Me:

So I watched it and wow! I can relate to those emotion right now as we are 6 months into these lockdowns, the tears, the laughter, “family”. Laura Linney has come a long way to being drug mother of the Ozarks.
And watching this lead me to another great character driven film by Mr. Lonergan Manchester by the Sea:

Amazing musical choice for the trailer! I must admit, I was late to the “Manchester by the Sea” party … amazing character driven films – probably too much for a double header – too intense and too much right now during the covid and election. But definitely add them to the list.
