This one will tug at your heartstrings. But not for any of the subtitle/caption haters– which is a weird thing to be mad about. ANYWAY, The Farewell is a heartwarming film about a family going back to China for a fake wedding, so everyone can say goodbye to their grandmother who has recently been diagnosed with cancer. However, everyone knows, except for her. The family has decided not to tell her so she doesn’t get upset.
