A difficult title is a movie marketers nightmare and David O. Russell has given his movie and his marketers just that – both times! To paraphrase from his own trailer … What do these titles even mean?
This trailer, I heart Huckabees, makes me smile every time I watch it and yes, that song gets stuck in my head too … and I love the versatility of Mark Wahlberg and Dustin Hoffman in it.

The movie was a lot of fun and great turn from Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper … all star cast really and a feel great story … and the Eagles Win so there is that too. But I really like what David O. Russell had to say about his start in his career … he wasn’t born into Hollywood royalty and he got a late start in it … or met with success later in his career … he mentioned how awkward Thanksgiving was and how they didn’t know how to classify a writer … employed? unemployed? For all of us out there who have unusual careers and have been the ‘odd person out’ at family and friend gatherings – his characters are reflections of us.
